I'm Kim Donahue — a REALTOR® with Medway Realty, serving home buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties.
With more than 30 years of experience across real estate, mortgage, and business ownership — including running my own brokerage — I bring a depth of market knowledge that few agents in the region can match.
Originally from Michigan, I built my early career in engineering before moving into real estate. That background shapes how I work today: methodically, transparently, and with close attention to detail at every stage of a transaction.
