Imagination Installation: A Family Celebration of Arts and Learning

Sunday Stroll on the Bayfront

Sarasota Bayfront and Marina. A Sunday morning walk along the Bayfront is one of the simplest pleasures in Sarasota. The path connects the marina, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and The Bay Sarasota into a continuous waterfront route. Stop for coffee at a nearby cafe, watch the boats come and go, and soak in the relaxed Sunday pace. The Bay Sarasota's 53-acre park is open sunrise to sunset and always free.

Explore the Sarasota Art Museum

Sarasota Art Museum of Ringling College of Art and Design, 1001 S. Tamiami Trail. Open Sunday. Housed in the stunningly renovated historic Sarasota High School building, the museum features rotating contemporary exhibitions that change throughout the year. Remy's on Main, The Blue Dolphin, and GROVE offer dinner and drinks with outdoor patio seating. The summer evening light lingers, making it a pleasant time for a stroll through the district.
